Helping Mom Move

A couple weekends ago we went to Quincy to help Mom Hoerr move her businesses into one location.  We are thrilled for her that now she doesn't have to buzz back and forth between the two locations.  We were glad to help and even enjoyed some relaxing time with mom and dad.

This was Judson's first trip in his new front-facing car seat.  He now kicks his legs with excitement and squeals with delight when we put him in his car seat instead of arching his back and throwing a fit like he did when we put him in his infant car seat

Nana had been so busy with the construction on her store that it had been awhile since we had seen her.  Judson warmed up to her fast though!  He loves his Nana!  :)

The new addition to the store.  Yes, this is only half the building.

One evening we spent a few hours mopping the new floors.  Judson mopped and mopped and mopped.

After awhile Judson needed a break from the mopping.

Papa was in Quincy and helped out with the moving, so Judson got to spend some time with him as well.

Nana's grandkids know her house as the home with the giant slinky.  :)

Buddies

My mom amazes me at her drive and motivation when she put her mind to it!

Judson helped where he could.  :)

Great Grandma Hoerr watched Judson at the store one evening so Kait could focus on helping.

CLOTHES, CLOTHES, CLOTHES!!!

There was no fun had during all the work.  ;)

Adam and Aaron showed up to help.  We were all thankful for the added muscle!

Matt got the store computers up and running.

All done!  Time to enjoy a relaxing dinner.

Tough stuff.......

There's a smile!

Love you mom and so happy for you to have the crazy construction and move behind you!
