Judson turned 1 on October 1st. As I think back on the past year it's amazing to see how blessed by God we have been. Judson's little life started out in the NIC-U, but today he is a healthy, smiley, growing boy. Praise God for that! We do not know God's plan for Judson's life, but we entrust him to the God that knows every intricate detail of his life.
Judson is happy to make it the 1-year mark, because now his mommy won't take pictures every month. :)

We had a birthday celebration for Judson with family and some friends. Here are a few pictures from the party.
The best part of the whole birthday celebration was when Rich (Matt's mentor) prayed over Judson's life.
He had no idea why he was the center of attention, but he seemed to enjoy it! :)
Judson is still struggling with eating solids, therefore he was not impressed with his cake. :-/
Uncle Rich gave Judson some airplane rides for his birthday. He loved it!
If The Lord wills, we wish for many more Happy Birthdays for our special little guy! We see God painting us a clearer and clearer picture of His love for us as we are filled with love for Judson. It also reminds us of the sacrifice that God made, on our behalf, of His Son to bear the wrath that we deserve.
