This special group of kids came together last week to advocate for the fatherless by putting on a lemonade stand to raise money to help orphans through Lifeline Children's Services. A few days before the stand they gathered and were reminded of God's heart for the orphan and how their involvement in the the lemonade stand can make a difference in the lives of orphans worldwide. Most importantly, they were reminded of the Gospel and how God adopts us as His children through His Son Jesus! They then did an amazing job prepping all the decoration for the stand and even fit in a fun game of soccer.
The evening of the stand come and these kids passionately with dedication manned the stand and even shared the purpose behind the stand with some of the customers. It was great to see them work together and watch their hearts for the orphan grow.
These crazy kids worked hard at their #standfororphans and raised over $1,200 that will be given to Lifeline Children's Services to help orphans and vulnerable children around the world. We love and appreciate Lifeline Children's Services because along with their care for orphans, they spread the beautiful and freeing message of hope in Jesus!
