Mom Visits

My mom came to visit us this past weekend.  It had been awhile since she had visited last, so it was fun to catch her up on our little life here in Sabetha and just spend some much-needed quality time with her.

We took her out for her very overdue Mother's Day breakfast at Cracker Barrel in Topeka.  After that my ever-so-sweet husband gave us each a little cash and we went shopping!  He is such a sport. =)

That evening we met up with Matt's family to watch the parade.  Mom Hoerr and Mom Kaeb got to do some catching up as well.

The 100* weather didn't keep this group away.

Kyson looks ready to see some tractors.

Here comes KSi....and who is that walking by the conveyor???

Grandpa and Grandma!  And yes, they have candy.

Kaeb showing off his mighty fine collection after the parade.

Mom Hoerr stayed through Sunday, so it was very fun for Matt and me to take her to church with us at Northridge.  After church we had a lunch and waved my mom off as she headed back home.

Thanks for coming mom!!!  It made our weekend!!!
=)
